1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using OfferSignal at offersignal.ai or app.offersignal.ai you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service OfferSignal is a real estate offer analysis platform that scores and compares purchase offers for real estate agents and mortgage professionals. The platform generates scored analyses and branded PDF reports based on data you provide.

3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@offersignal.ai.

4. Acceptable Use You agree to use OfferSignal only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to provide false or misleading offer analysis to clients

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the scoring engine or PDF generation system

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable real estate laws or regulations

5. Subscription & Billing OfferSignal offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Team plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial with full access — no credit card required to start the trial.

6. Offer Data & Accuracy OfferSignal provides scoring and analysis based on the data you enter. The platform is a decision support tool — not a substitute for professional real estate or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any offer analysis. You are solely responsible for the advice you provide to your clients.

7. Intellectual Property All platform code, scoring methodology, design, and content are the intellectual property of OfferSignal. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. PDF Reports & Branding Reports generated by OfferSignal are for your professional use with your clients. You may not resell or redistribute OfferSignal reports as a standalone product.

9. Limitation of Liability OfferSignal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost deals, client disputes, or business losses resulting from offer analysis generated by the platform.

10. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
